Occupational Therapy
We have a long and deep history of providing occupational therapy throughout Melbourne.
We are committed to servicing your referral based on clinical needs. Whether that is complex Assistive Technolgy prescription or various assessments – you can count on the caring OT team at Total Health Choice.
You will be assigned a dedicated OT for your case. You can expect professional, prompt and compassionate services. All OTs are supported by our senior team and receive ongoing professional development.
We provide high quality reporting such as NDIS request forms, change of circumstances and functional assessments. These reports are used to access further services and can be forwarded on to other clinicians / organisations with your consent.
Home Modifications
Our OTs help people modify their environment to make it safer and appropriate for people to live in. This includes
- Ramp modifications
- Lifts and stair climbers
- Kitchen equipment
- Minor and major bathroom changes
- Rails throughout the entire household
- Management of projects between builders and relevant bodies such as the NDIS
When performing complex modifications, we typically assign a senior OT with vast experience performing home mods.
