Physiotherapy
Total Health Choice is proud to employ a trustworthy team of compassionate and caring Physiotherapists. We have wonderful senior Physios and team leaders supporting more junior staff.
We perform physiotherapy home visits across Glen Huntly. Where we perform 1:1 sessions to help you develop your physical capacity. We perform rehabilitation at home, falls prevention, endurance and strength training and more.
Our Physiotherapists are highly qualified in the assessment, diagnoses, treatment and management of physical and neurological conditions.
We form strong relationships with our clients and while our services are no minimum term, most patients enjoy working with us for ongoing Physiotherapy.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy is aimed towards improving a person’s independence in completing occupational tasks (i.e. self care, play, domestic activities, socialisation) in a meaningful way.
As Trust is one of our core values. We identify holistic matters, such as a person’s self esteem, which may impact their ability to live their healthiest lives.
Our Occupational Therapists work with adults and their families to build the skills to live safe, independent and meaningful lives.
Our OT service is comprehensive because we want the best outcomes for our clients. During our first visit, we will perform an assessment and consider the person’s environment, behaviour, sensory or cognitive needs, learning and Activities of Daily Living.
Our OTs then use this assessment to develop an individualised treatment – inclusive of all consented family – to work towards these meaningful outcomes.

Total Health Choice is a caring NDIS registered provider of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology.

We are suitable for adult participants. Our therapists are appropriate for people living with disability such as autism, MS, polio and so forth.
We advocate for our client’s choice and control. We will use a NDIS service agreement to identify and work towards a person’s identified NDIS goals.
Total Health Choice Success Story
Kennith is 42 years of age and has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID). He is currently participating in fortnightly occupational therapy sessions with our amazing OT Mindy.
The purpose of these sessions is to help Kennith manage and self-regulate his emotions by developing strategies to assist him in articulating when he is experiencing a low mood or feeling highly anxious.
Kennith thoroughly enjoys his OT sessions and is always willing to engage and participate which is such a big accomplishment in itself.
Kennith has shown great improvement in his overall mood regulation and has developed increased self-confidence/awareness over the progression of these sessions. Kennith and his family have been wonderful to work with and Mindy thrives at the opportunity of helping Kennith achieve his NDIS goals.
