Total Health Choice was established in 2011 in Melbourne with a vision to offer caring and compassionate in-home physiotherapy and occupational therapy services to the local community in the Melbourne Eastern Suburbs and Frankston areas.

NDIS Physiotherapy Services

Total Health Choice has an incredible team of caring professionals who provide mobile physiotherapy services to older adults and the aged care sector as well as NDIS participants in Frankston.

We believe that every individual deserves compassionate care and support, which is why we go above and beyond to ensure our physiotherapists receive ongoing education and training to deliver the highest quality physiotherapy services.

We develop a comprehensive plan that includes goals, session frequency, expected duration, outcome measures, and a rehabilitation program for the individual. We also provide a personalised home exercise program for our client.

Occupational Therapy Services

Our dedicated occupational therapy (OT) team provides compassionate support to individuals through private home visits, NDIS services, homecare package clients, as well as aged care facilities throughout Frankston. Our team of qualified Occupational Therapists hold a minimum of Bachelor of OT, and are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

We understand that each individual has unique needs, which is why our OTs complete comprehensive functional and environmental assessments, identifying equipment requirements such as prescribing appropriate wheelchairs, gait aids, and lodging assessment and request forms to the NDIS/NDIA. Our OT’s are also skilled at providing ongoing functional rehabilitation.

Our mobile team of OTs are available throughout Frankston to provide personalised care and support that is tailored to the individual’s unique needs. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through our core values of Trust, Compassion and Care.

Exercise Physiology Services

Our team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists are skilled in assessment and report writing for NDIS requirements for funding for SIL, SDA, home modifications, assistive technology recommendations and plan review reports.

While our foundations began in Aged Care, we are proud to be registered providers of the NDIS since 2017, and believe that our core values of trust, compassion and care are synonymous with both aged care and the NDIS.
