Total Health Choice & Allied Health was founded in 2011 in North Caulfield,
Melbourne. We provide caring and compassionate Physiotherapy
& Occupational Therapy services to the community and Healthcare Providers
throughout the Melbourne Metro area and Inner South Eastern suburbs. We are
also registered providers of the NDIS.

We partner with individuals, homecare coordinators, NDIS coordinators residential
aged care facilities & nursing coordinators. One of our core values is trust, so we love
to receive feedback on our personal boutique services so we can evolve and greater

Our Occupational Therapists visit people in their homes to primarily perform functional assessments, home assessments, prescribe equipment and create rehabilitation plans.

We work with adult NDIS participants (over 18 years old) to deliver compassionate Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services.

We partner with NDIS coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, Builders and Suppliers to help NDIS participants achieve lovely goals.

We are proficient with NDIS request forms, home modifications and assistive technology.
