Our Strategy Session and Culture Day 2021
On this day, we relaunched our values and discussed our business ambition for the next 12 months. It was also a time to really appreciate and value our dedicated team for their hard work over a turbulent 2 years navigating change.
With the challenges that have been brought on by the global pandemic, we were so grateful to have survived and thrived and come together to bring our values to life. This is where the rubber meets the road as concepts become actionable and our strategy for the next 12 months fully take shape.
We re-examined our purpose and objectives to ensure that we continually achieve the best patient outcomes as we work together to motivate our team on a deep, intrinsic level.
The THP team have lived our values authentically since the day they joined, and we are here to support them throughout their career journey.
