Total Health Choice was established in 2011, we have predominantly operated in South-East Melbourne, however, in 2021, we have expanded to offer services to North-West Melbourne.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is the core offering of Total Health Choice.
We work with teenagers and adults (over 12 years) who are living with a physical, neurological or psychosocial disability.
Together, we can set meaningful goals and help you move forwards. Whether that’s trying to live with less pain, greater mobility or walking around Maribyrnong river, Total Health Choice shares your goals and wants to inspire you through the rehabilitation and treatment process.
Occupational Therapy
Total Health Choice also offers Occupational Therapy services. Our clinicians are in-house, registered with AHPRA and university qualified.

We are primarily engaged for home assessments, functional assessments, home modifications (i.e. stairs, safe bathrooms), equipment prescription (i.e. walkers, wheelchairs) to help people live safer, functional and enjoyable lives.
We visit people in their homes to conduct a holistic assessment, provide detailed recommendations and follow up support to ensure people are receiving the appropriate healthcare.
NDIS Participants
Total Health Choice is a registered NDIS provider of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy & Exercise Physiology.
We first became registered in 2018 and have grown significantly over the years without compromising our core values of Trust, Compassion and Care.
We are a mobile team and see people in their homes. We help with Allied health services, equipment prescription, NDIS plan reviews, NDIS progress reports and more!
